To all lovers of exquisite Japanese cuisine,

I am a Japanese woman who has been resident in Hong Kong for over 10 years. During my time here, I have built on my career in the food and beverage industry, being involved in many different areas of Japanese dining, and eventually setting up “Fine Japanese Food Co. Ltd” in 2004 with a group of young, but experienced local business partners. In line with our aim to provide our customers in Hong Kong with only highest quality ingredients, that are such an essential part of the Japanese culture of Japanese cusine, we focus strongly on providing ingredients that are “delicious”, “safe” and “reliable”.
