Offically known as “Kuroge-washu”, our Japanese beef comes from calves that are only up to 30 months old.
“Shimofuri” or marbling in the beef ensures an extremely soft texture with a full flavor, while “melting in the mouth”. The high quality means it can be enjoyed both cooked or raw (sashimi).
